Deck Columbia, SC

Window Install Columbia, SC

Deck and replacement windows in Columbia, SC.

The homeowner on this project wanted a second floor deck built and all of their windows replaced. Vinyl handrails and plexiglass in place of balusters give this deck a truly custom look. Constructed of 6"x6" posts, 2"x12" floor joists and all screw construction, this is another deck that will be around for a long time. With new windows and a new deck this homeowner can enjoy the great view of the lake all year long.

Decks and ADA ramps in Elgin, SC.

This was our first ADA deck. Although we are not ADA approved yet, we built this deck to conform to ADA guidelines. The rear deck is 16'x12' with a 48' ramp that leads to the front of the house. The front deck is 10'x10' with a 24' ramp. We built the decks to last with 6"x6" posts, 2"x10" joists, 2"x8" handrails and all screw construction. Both of these decks should get many years of enjoyment from the homeowners.

Storage buildings Hixson TN

Commercial storage units in Hixson, TN.

This is one of the largest projects we have completed. Three metal buildings and one open canopy structure. The five unit building (upper left and right) is an RV storage unit. Another is a mini storage building (lower left) with 67 units. The last of the buildings is a 20'x20' office building. All three have power and are climate controlled. The canopy (lower right) is open storage with just a roof. It has 20 bays and is used primarily for boats and trailers.

House in Soddy Daisy TN

House in Soddy Daisy, TN

This house was a framing or dry-in for a local general contractor. Two story, four bedrooms, three baths, family room, exercise room and a huge room in the walkout basement for entertaining. The rear of the house has a second story deck with a large portion of it covered and huge arched windows. When we finished the basement this home was about 3000 sq. ft.

Basement remodel in Chattanooga, TN

This was a 500 sq. ft. basement that needed updated badly. Everything was white and bland. We started with constructing two walls to break apart the living room and kitchen. We added a desk area under the cabinets in the living room and the cabinets received a coat of paint. The cabinets and countertop in the kitchen were changed and we built a dropped ceiling soffit with three recessed lights. We removed a poorly placed closet in the foyer to add more space and installed two more recessed lights. The bathroom was pretty much gutted and rebuilt. A larger tiled shower was installed along with a new vanity and fixtures. The bedroom got updated trim and painted. After a coat of paint in the rest of the rooms, this quickly became a project to be proud of. The colors the homeowner chose were bold, but they all went together perfectly.
